1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Redline Tyres Ltd (Company Registration: ), trading from Unit 3D, Wessex Court, Cheddar Business Park, Wedmore Rd, Cheddar BS27 3EB.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
We provide the following services:
- Mobile tyre fitting
- Emergency tyre callout (24/7)
- Workshop tyre services
- Wheel alignment and balancing
- Puncture repairs
- Vehicle servicing and repairs
- Fleet services
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless marked otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend quotes if:
- The vehicle or tyre information provided was incorrect
- Additional work is required beyond the original scope
- Tyre prices have changed since the quote was issued
Any additional work will be agreed with you before proceeding.
4. Bookings and Appointments
For mobile services, please ensure someone is present at the agreed time and location with access to the vehicle.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We may charge a callout fee for missed appointments without adequate notice.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless credit terms have been agreed (fleet accounts only).
We accept:
- Cash
- Debit and credit cards
- Bank transfer (fleet accounts)
For fleet customers with approved credit accounts, invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranties
All new tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. We warrant our fitting and repair work for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from road hazards
- Modifications made by third parties
7. Liability
We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Damage caused by corroded or seized components
- Loss of use of the vehicle during repairs
- Consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain appropriate business insurance.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Ensure the vehicle is safe and legal to work on
- Inform us of any known faults or issues
- Be available at the agreed time for mobile services
- Pay for services as agreed
9. Disposal of Old Tyres
We will dispose of old tyres in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with UK regulations. Disposal charges may apply.
10. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
